Abstract

The invention discloses a LD side diode-pumped all-solid-state high-power continuous green laser. On the level road of all-plane incident mirror, the laser crystal and planar-concave are installed in turn. A high-power diode-pumped component is set on the side of Laser Crystal. The frequency doubling crystal and planar-concave all-incident mirror are set on the road of folding mirror. The basic frequency light from laser diode LD side after pumping the crystal oscillates and enlarges in the V-type resonator cavity formed by the all-planar mirror, all-concave mirror and planar-concave output mirror, which is output by the output mirror through two-way doubling frequency. The output power is over 40W, and the frequency efficiency is greater than 40%, with good beam quality, high frequency efficiency, and higher stability.
本发明公开了一种LD侧面泵浦全固态高功率高效率连续绿光激光器,入射平面全反镜的水平光路上依次设置有激光晶体、平凹折叠镜,激光晶体的侧面设置有大功率半导体泵浦组件;平凹折叠镜引出的光路上依次设置有倍频晶体、平凹全反镜;激光二极管LD侧面泵浦系统泵浦激光晶体后产生的基频光在由平面全反镜,平凹全反镜和平凹输出端镜构成的V型谐振腔内振荡放大,经倍频晶体双向倍频后由平凹输出端镜耦合输出,输出功率高达40W以上,倍频效率大于40%,具有光束质量好,倍频效率高,稳定性高等优点,可广泛应用于医疗、军事、激光显示等领域。
