Abstract

本发明涉及一种连续立体喷射分离塔,它包括在塔身内开有升气孔的水平塔板,在水平塔板对应每个升气孔的位置处安装有喷射帽罩,喷射帽罩上开有的喷射孔,喷射孔上面有条形天窗,喷射帽罩下部与塔板之间留有作为液体通道的空间,塔板上还设有连接两层塔板的溢流堰及降液装置,其特征在于所述喷射帽罩的上部安装有盖板,盖板上设有导流卸压孔;在喷射帽罩的裙底上部与塔板上液流方向相同的方向上设置有导流孔;所述的喷射帽罩采用相邻两者高低相间排布的方式安装在水平塔板上。本发明结构简单,易于实际使用,可有效提高塔板的开孔率,并可大幅度地提高分离塔处理能力和塔板效率,有效地减少雾沫夹带和塔板阻力以及改善操作弹性。
The invention relates to a continuous solid injection separating tower, comprising a horizontal tower plate whose body is disposed with boosting holes, a plurality of injection cap covers mounted relative to each boosting hole on the horizontal tower plate, a plurality of injection holes disposed on the injection cap cover, and a bar louver above the injection holes, a space of liquid channel between the lower part of the injection cap cover and the tower plate, and an overflow dam and a down-flow device mounted on the tower plate for connecting two layers of the tower plate. The invention is characterized in that the upper part of the injection cap cover is mounted with a cover plate disposed with a diversion discharge hole, the upper part of the skirt bottom of the injection cap cover is disposed with a diversion hole at same direction with the liquid flow of tower plate, and the injection cap covers are mounted on the horizontal tower plate with alternative high and low distribution. The invention has simple structure, while it can effectively improve the holing ration of the tower plate, improve the ability of the separating tower and the efficiency of the tower plate and reduce the foam and the resistance of the tower plate.
