Method of preparing biological diesel oil from high acid value abandoned grease by titanium tetrachloride catalysts

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparing method of diesel through catalyzing high acid value waste grease with titanic chloride, which comprises the following steps: (1) adding active carbon with mass percent at 0.5%- 1.5% into waste grease; getting pre-processing waste grease; (2) adding the waste grease, carbinol and titanic chloride into reactor; mixing evenly; heating at normal pressure; keeping at 65-70 deg.c; stirring; refluxing and reacting at 3-8 h; getting reacting matter; stewing; dividing to upper and low layer; setting the upper layer as higher fatty acid methyl ester liquid of light methanol and titanic chloride; (3) distilling the upper liquid under normal pressure at 65-70 deg.c; stripping retained carbinol; setting remainder as aliphatic acid methyl ester with titanic chloride (TiCl4); washing to neutral; removing impurity; drying; getting biological diesel. This invention possesses merits of simple craft, small pollution; high production rate and good quality.
本发明公开了一种四氯化钛催化高酸值废弃油脂制备生物柴油的方法,主要包括以下步骤:(1)向废弃油脂中加入重量百分比为0.5%~1.5%的活性碳制得预处理废弃油脂;(2)将预处理废弃油脂和甲醇、四氯化钛加入反应器中,混合均匀后,常压下加热并维持在65℃~70℃,搅拌回流反应3~8小时,反应物静置后分为上下两层,上层为含少量甲醇和四氯化钛的高级脂肪酸甲酯液体;(3)将上层液体在65℃~70℃条件下常压蒸馏脱除残留的甲醇,剩余物为含有四氯化钛(TiCl
