Abstract

A heat radiator is prepared as setting a through-hole on heat radiator fin plate and passing connection pin through said through-hole, forming said connection pin by jam units and coordination units being distributed continuously and alternatively, placing coordination units in said through-hole and setting each jam unit between two adjacent heat radiation fin plates, using each adjacent two jam units to hole one heat radiation fin plate for making each heat radiation fin plate be positioned relatively to connection pin in interval way.
本发明的散热器包括若干散热鳍片,该散热鳍片上设有至少一通孔,一连接销穿过所述通孔,该连接销具有连续交替分布的卡制部和配合部,其中配合部容置于散热鳍片通孔中,卡制部位于两相邻散热鳍片之间,每相邻两卡制部夹置一散热鳍片,从而各散热鳍片相对连接销间隔定位。该散热器通过连接销连接,各散热鳍片之间不需要相互卡扣,结构及制程简单,由于连接销上设有用以卡制散热鳍片的卡制部,每一散热鳍片被定位在相邻两卡制部之间,不会串动,故可使散热鳍片牢固地固定于连接销上,确保整个散热器结构的稳固。
