Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a refining agent applied to aluminium and aluminium alloy through a ball milling, compacting, sintering industrialized process, and the method comprises low-cost technological steps such as ball milling, compacting and sintering which are easy for industrialized production of the refining agent. The prepared refining agent can precipitate uniformly-distributed effect heterogeneous nucleation core TiB2 phase and TiAl3 phase, and also can form cryolite (K3AlF6) organization capable of purifying aluminium melt. After the refining agent is applied to perform crystal grain refining on aluminium and aluminium alloy, the average crystal grain dimension of pure aluminium is 250 mu m or less, and the crystal grain refining effect of casted aluminium and aluminium alloy is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种用于铝及铝合金的球磨-压制-烧结工业化制细化剂的方法,包括球磨、压制、烧结的易于工业化生产细化剂的低成本工艺步骤。本发明细化剂不仅析出了分布均匀的、有效的异质形核核心TiB2和TiAl3两相,还形成了可以净化铝熔体的冰晶石(K3AlF6)组织。应用本发明细化剂对铝及铝合金进行晶粒细化后,纯铝的平均晶粒尺寸为250微米以下,能够有效提高铸造铝及铝合金的晶粒细化效果。
