Abstract

一种双氧水工业中废水的处理方法,该方法是对氢化塔、氢化白土床或后处理白土床吹蒸汽时排出的废水进行处理,该方法主要是处理废水中的油类絮凝物,通过碱性物质(优选碳酸钾)破坏油类絮凝物的絮凝结构,将其含有的工作液与水分离,以降低污水处理难度,同时又能回收部分工作液,降低了生产成本。本发明更进一步的方案是,对废水中的污水和处理油类絮凝物得到污水进行预处理,先通过明矾净水法来将污水中悬浮的工作液以絮凝体的形式分离出来,减少污水中的油类,降低污水的COD,再使用碱性物质(优选碳酸钾)来破坏絮凝体的絮凝结构,将工作液分离出来,增加了工作液回收量,进一步降低生产成本。
The invention relates to a treatment method of wastewater in the hydrogen peroxide industry. The treatment method is used for treating wastewater discharged when a hydrogenation tower, a hydrogenated clay bed and or a post-processing clay bed blow steam. The method is mainly used for treating oil flocculates in the wastewater; flocculent structures of the oil flocculates are damaged through alkaline matters (preferably potassium carbonate), so that working liquid contained in the oil flocculates is separated from water to reduce the sewage treatment difficulty; meanwhile, a part of working liquid can also be recovered, so that the production cost is reduced. The invention adopts the further scheme that sewage in the wastewater and sewage obtained by the treatment of oil flocculates are pre-treated; firstly, working liquid suspending in the sewage is separated out in a form of a flocculating constituent through an alum clean water method, so that oil in the sewage is reduced, and COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) in the sewage is reduced; then, the flocculent structures of the oil flocculates are damaged by using the alkaline matters (preferably potassium carbonate), so that the working liquid is separated out, therefore the recovery rate of the working liquid is increased, and the production cost is further reduced.
