Abstract

本发明公开一种筒形非封闭件精确激光加工方法,首先制造出直径尺寸小于标准直径的零件毛料;然后按每个非封闭件的角度进行划分;将焊口设置在其中一个角度小于非封闭件角度的部分,并在此段上开1个弹性切口;将零件安装到标准直径的夹具上,利用零件的弹性贴紧夹具,从而保证了零件的直径尺寸;然后进行激光加工。本发明利用弹性切口保证了零件的精度;采用快夹装置后,操作简单,效率高,装夹一组零件,仅需3分钟。
The invention discloses a cylindrical unsealed part accurate laser processing method. The cylindrical unsealed part accurate laser processing method includes: firstly, manufacturing a part billet; then, partitioning the part billet according to angles of all unsealed parts; arranging a welded junction on a portion of each unsealed part, where the angle is less than the angle of each unsealed part, and forming elastic incisions in the portion of each unsealed part; installing the unsealed parts on a clamp standard in diameter, tightly attaching the unsealed parts to the clamp by using elasticity of the unsealed parts, and thereby guaranteeing the diameter size of the unsealed parts; then, performing laser processing, wherein the diameter size of the part billet is less than the standard. The cylindrical unsealed part accurate laser processing method guarantees accuracy of the unsealed parts by using the elastic incisions, and has the advantages of being simple to operate and high in efficiency, and only needing 3 minutes to clamp a group of the unsealed parts by using a quick clamp device.
