Abstract

本发明提供一种双组份透明玻璃隔热涂料及其制备方法,所述涂料由A组分和B组分组成,使用时将A组分与B组分进行混合,其中A组份包括水性改性氟碳树脂、纳米氧化锡锑(ATO)水性浆料、助剂和余量的水,B组份包括水性聚氨酯固化剂和环保稀释剂,本发明提供的双组份透明玻璃隔热涂料具有环保、耐候、耐玷污、易清洁、可见光透光率高、红外透过率低、硬度高、附着力好,可以用于各种玻璃上达到透明和节能的效果。
The invention provides a double-component transparent glass thermal-insulating coating and a preparation method thereof, wherein the coating consists of a component A and a component B which are mixed in use, wherein the component A comprises water-based modified fluorocarbon resin, nano tin-antimony oxide (ATO) water-based slurry, an auxiliary and the balance of water, the component B comprises a water-based polyurethane curing agent and an environment-friendly diluent. The double-component transparent glass thermal-insulating coating is environment-friendly, weather-resistant, contamination-resistant, easy to clean, high in visible light transmittance, low in infrared transmittance, high in hardness, and good in adhesion force, and the transparent and energy-saving effects can be achieved after the double-component transparent glass thermal-insulating coating is used for various glass.
