Abstract

The invention provides an underground stepping type bit pressure loading device and a control method thereof. The underground stepping type bit pressure loading device specifically comprises a hollow pipeline, a first anchoring cylinder and a second anchoring cylinder, a backup arm, a first thrust piston and a second thrust piston, a baffle, a control center and the like, wherein the first anchoring cylinder and the second anchoring cylinder sleeve the hollow pipeline; the backup arm on the anchoring cylinders can do stretching-out or retracting movement under the effect of the control center and is supported on a well wall after stretching out; the hollow pipeline is forwards pushed relative to the anchoring cylinders under the hydraulic effect so that bit pressure is applied to a drill bit; after the backup arm is retracted, the anchoring cylinders can slide back to the original positions along the hollow pipeline. The two sets of anchoring cylinders move alternatively so that the bit pressure is nearly continuously applied to the drill bit. The bit pressure loading device can provide extra bit pressure which is up to 25kN-40kN to the drill bit under the condition that the previous bit pressure is not influenced, and a matched electro-hydraulic control system can guarantee stable operation of an execution element.
本发明提供一种井下步进式钻压加载器及其控制方法,具体包含:中空管道、第一锚固缸和第二锚固缸、推靠臂、第一推力活塞和第二推力活塞、挡板、控制中心等部分。其中,第一锚固缸和第二锚固缸套装于中空管道上,在控制中心的作用下,锚固缸上的推靠臂能做伸出或收回动作,伸出后支撑在井壁上,将锚固缸固定住,中空管道在液压作用下相对锚固缸向前推进,从而为钻头施加钻压;推靠臂收回后,锚固缸可沿中空管道滑动回到初始位置。两组锚固缸交替动作可实现为钻头近乎连续的施加钻压。该钻压加载器可在不影响原有钻压的前提下为钻头提供高达25~40kN的额外钻压,配套的电液控制系统可保证执行元件稳定运行。
