Abstract

本发明涉及一种金属拉链冲齿机的选齿定位机构。主要解决了现有的冲齿机选定的拉链上的咪齿数量出现偏差的问题。其特征在于:滑块(3)上固定有定位刀片(4),滑枕(2)上安装有气缸(5)及摆臂(6),摆臂(6)的另一端的上方与气缸(5)的活塞杆对应且下方设有弹簧(16);左定位块(8)和右定位块(9)上均设有可调节的限位件(10),右定位块(9)与滑枕(2)之间设有复位拉簧(11);轨道(1)的一侧固定有检测开关(12),滑枕(2)到位后检测开关(12)能够控制拉链输送机构停止。该金属拉链冲齿机的选齿定位机构定位准确,每段拉链的咪齿数量均等,避免了咪齿的数量偏差。
The invention relates to a tooth selection locating mechanism of a metal zipper tooth punching machine, mainly aiming at solving the problem that the numbers of imidazol teeth which are arranged on zippers and selected by the existing tooth punching machine have deviation. The tooth selection locating mechanism is characterized in that a locating blade (4) is fixed on a sliding block (3); a cylinder (5) and a swing arm (6) are arranged on a ram (2); the upper part of the other end of the swing arm (6) corresponds to a piston rod of the cylinder (5), and a spring (16) is arranged under the other end of the swing arm (6); a left locating block (8) and a right locating block (9) are respectively provided with an adjustable limiting piece (10); a reset tension spring (11) is arranged between the right locating block (9) and the ram (2); a detection switch (12) is fixed at one side of a track (1); after the ram (2) is in place, a zipper conveying mechanism is controlled to be stopped by the detection switch (12). The tooth selection locating mechanism of the metal zipper tooth punching machine is accurate in location, and the numbers of the imidazol teeth of all the sections of zippers are equal to one another, so that the deviation of the numbers of the imidazol teeth can be avoided.
