Mesoporous active material with pseudo-boehmite structure and application thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a mesoporous active material with a pseudo-boehmite crystal structure. The mesoporous active material is characterized in that the composition of an anhydrous compound refers to (0-0.2)Na2O.(50-86)Al2O3.(12-50)SiO2.(0.5-10)P2O5 according to the weight ratio of oxides, and the material has the specific surface area of 200-600m<2>/g, the pore volume of 0.5-1.8cm<3>/g and the average pore size of 8-18nm. An organic template agent does not need to be used in the preparation of the mesoporous active material, the synthesizing cost is low, and the obtained material has high cracking activity and hydrothermal stability and has good macromolecular cracking performance in catalytic cracking reaction.
一种拟薄水铝石晶相结构的中孔活性材料,其特征在于其无水化合物组成以氧化物重量比计为(0-0.2)Na2O·(50-86)Al2O3·(12-50)SiO2·(0.5-10)P2O5,该材料比表面积为200~600m2/g,孔容为0.5~1.8cm3/g,平均孔径为8~18nm。该中孔活性材料的制备不需使用有机模板剂,合成成本低,得到的材料具有高的裂化活性和水热稳定性,在催化裂化反应中表现出良好的大分子裂化性能。
