感应加热容器

Abstract

Provided is an induction heating container in which the bumping of a liquid substance to be heated, e.g. water or soup, contained therein is effectively prevented during heating by the electromagnetic cooking device, thus preventing users from being burnt or the surroundings from being fouled due to the ejection of the substance being heated, and allowing the induction heating container to be used safely. This induction heating container (1) has an induction heating element (3) mounted on the inside of a container body (2) of a non-conductive material, thus making it possible to heat and cook using the electromagnetic cooking device. The induction heating element (3) comprises a layered body having: an electrically conductive layer (4) in which an eddy current is induced by a high-frequency magnetic field in order to generate heat; and a heat seal layer (5) having heat-sealing properties relative the container body (2). The induction heating container is also provided with eddy-current control parts (6) formed by cutting the conductive layer (4) in the circumferential direction.
本发明提供一种感应加热容器,该感应加热容器能有效地抑制用电磁烹调器对所容纳的水、汤等液状被加热物进行加热时的突沸,并不会由飞散的被加热物烫伤使用者、或者弄脏电磁烹调器周边,能够安全地使用。本发明的感应加热容器(1)将感应加热发热体(3)安装在由非导电性材料构成的容器本体(2)的内侧,能够进行使用了电磁烹调器的加热烹调,感应加热发热体(3)由具有通过高频磁场引起涡电流而发热的导电层(4)、和对容器本体(2)具有热封性的热封层(5)的层叠体构成,并设置有沿周向切断了导电层(4)的涡电流控制部(6)。
